Terms and conditions for Alejandra Dominguez

Thank you for visiting xad.cl. We provide this site as a service to its customers. By using this site you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms below. Should you have any questions concerning any of our policies, please contact us. Additionally, Alejandra Dominguez Reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notification.

  1. At xad.cl, we are committed to provide our customers with quality products. Our products are sold online and through retail. We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on our site.
  2. Although we will make every effort to respond quickly to applicable e-mail messages, xad.cl is under no application to respond to all pieces of correspondence received through this site or to maintain submitted comments in confidence or to pay compensation of any kind for your comments or submissions. 
  3. Given the unpredictability of technology and online environments, xad.cl does not warrant the function or operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or this site/server will be free of virus or other harmful elements.
  4. Please note that many of the items featured on our website are offered in limited quantities due to their limited availability. When an item featured is no longer in stick we make all attempts to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.
  5. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate.

Shipping Policies 

  1. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we will not be able to redirect the orders once they are dispatched to you.
  2. All orders will require a signature upon receipt.
  3. Before orders are dispatched, we may need to confirm your details regarding payment procedures.
  4. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hours period where the items will be processed. Please note this can take longer and may take up to 72 hours for shipments to dispatch.
  5. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delay on our international orders. We are not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance processes.
  6. As soon as your package is shipped, we will e-mail your package tracking information.
  7. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes

We will do our best to keep delays at minimum.

Return and Exchange 

In an odd case that you do not love your xad.cl product, here is our policy on returns and exchange.

  1. Products are eligible for return within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.
  2. In an unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, a photo of the damaged product with tag must be e-mailed to us within 48 hours of receiving our orders. 
  3. The xad.cl team must receive and approve your return request. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. 
  4. Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund. You will receive the refund through your PayPal account. However, the payment will be initiated after we receive the item and it has gone through necessary quality tests.
